Older rowhomes shift over time, which often means interior doors rub against the frame or fail to latch shut. I adjust sticky doors, reset strike plates, and install fresh locks and handles. In the kitchen and bath, I fix leaking faucets, running toilets, dripping shut-off valves, and broken garbage disposals.
If you want to refresh a space, I replace ceiling fans, install light fixtures, repair grout, lay backsplashes, and install vinyl plank floors. I also help assemble furniture when you do not want to spend your evening with an allen wrench.
