Tiger Claw Handyman ("we", "us") provides home repair and handyman services in Philadelphia and South Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use tigerclawhandyman.com, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, email if you send one, a description of the job, and any photos you upload.
- Messages and call records when you text or call our business number.
- Basic technical data our website and spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) need to work, such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule work and follow up on a job.
- To send you text messages you agreed to receive (see below).
- To keep records of the work we do and to protect the site from spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we text you about your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up on your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. Our spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile, may set a cookie or read basic browser data to confirm you are a person. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the quote form may not work without the spam check.
How we protect your information
Our website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Quote requests go straight to our business email, and access to our email, phone and texting accounts is limited to the business owner and protected by passwords. We keep only what we need to do the job. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and texting provider, email provider and web host, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and keep job records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
